Description

State Certified Mitigation Inspector for residential structures. For each structure, the inspector shall identify any previous mitigation improvements as well as any mitigation deficiencies. The inspector shall further ensure that all necessary information is given to the Recipient (i.e. measurements, counts, and applicable notes) and provide a Scope of Work, Uniform Mitigation Verification Form and Property Information Sheet. The bid must include cost per inspection/transaction. Inspection Services will be needed for 13-15 homes. The actual number of homes could be more or less depending on available funding.
