The City of Lakeland is Requesting Sealed Statements of Interest and Qualifications From Firms Experienced in Professional Construction Management Having Demonstrated Proficiency With Boardwalk Construction in the Last 5 Years With Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Construction of Se7en Wetlands Phase Iii Trails Completion Project. The Project Will Entail Constructing Three Boardwalk Connector Trails Totaling 400 Linear Feet at Eight and Ten Feet Wide With Stabilized Landings; a New Public Park Entrance With Entry Gate Fencing, Stabilized Walkways a Bike Rack and Kisok Display; Installing Four Benches on Slabs With Trash Receptacles; Installing 35 Trail Markers; and Other Items as Noted in the Attached Site and Construction Plans for Rtp Project #t19005. in Compliance With the Florida Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (Ccna), Rates Shall Not Be Included in the Qualifications. The Qualifications Submitted and the Contract, if Awarded, Shall Be in Complete Accordance With, Without Limitation, This Request for Qualifications, All Codes, Requirements and Other Regulations Referenced Therein.
