Phase V CSO Improvements Project

The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Phase V CSO Improvements Project – Construction of approximately 2,200 linear feet of storm sewer, along with catch basins, curb inlet, manholes, and headwalls. The project also consists of utility relocation to perform the storm sewer separation as well as site restoration such as pavement replacement, curb replacement, and sidewalk replacement. Alley Paving Project – The alley paving project plans are included within the Phase V CSO Improvements project. This portion of the project consists of 5,900 square yards of pavement resurfacing, part of which requires planing, along alleys throughout the Village. Kennebec Sidewalk Project - The sidewalk project plans are included within the Phase V CSO Improvements project. This portion of the project consists of 500 linear feet of 4 ft wide sidewalk installation.
