Description | The CTE Addition project involves the construction of an approximately 2,750 square-foot Career & Technical Education addition on the west side of the high school to expand the existing shop area. Construction basis of design is masonry block with a sloped metal roof. CTE Addition occupancy is required before the locker room renovation can start. Due to grant funding requirements the final completion date of the CTE Addition shall be October 27, 2023. The Locker Room Renovation project involves the remodeling of two existing locker rooms and renovating the FACS classroom and an adjacent classroom into new locker rooms. Demolition work will include block wall removal, flooring/tile/ceiling/lighting modification, as well reconfiguration of the MEP system. The anticipated existing locker room remodel start date is May 1, 2023 with an expected completion date of August 11, 2023. The anticipated new locker room renovation start date is October 30, 2023 with an expected completion date of March 1, 2024. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The work onsite is anticipated to begin April 3, 2023. Expected project final completion is March 1, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in form of certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to the owner, as guarantee that bidder will, if awarded, enter into contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Bon Homme School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities therein. |
