Description | Award Details Contract Award Date: Sep 23, 2022 Contract Award Number: 68HE0722D0003 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: VUPLPG5LJZG7 Contractor Awarded Name: RED ROCK REMEDIATION JV Contractor Awarded Address: , CA 941041242 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $8678480.52 Vienna Wells OU1 & OU2 Remedial Action in Vienna, Missouri - Demolition of Building, Excavation of Contaminated Soil, Construction of Groundwater Extraction Well Network The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 7 Acquisition & Management Branch (AMBR) is seeking the services of an experienced firm to provide remediation services for both the soil remedy at OU01 and the groundwater remedy OU02. This includes demolition of building, excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soil, construction of a groundwater extraction well network to extract the shallow and deep groundwater for treatment, and operation of the groundwater extraction and treatment system during an operational and functional (O&F) period of up to one year. The DRAFT Performance Work Statement and DRAFT Design Documents are attached for informational purposes only. The final documents will be issued with the Solicitation. The contractor shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Remediation will be conducted pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Action (SARA), and National Contingency Plan (NCP) requirements. EPA anticipates an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with fixed unit prices contract consisting of a (3) year base period. Estimated dollar value for this procurement is between $8M - $12M. This procurement will be a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about 07/7/2022 and will be posted on the FedConnect website (www.fedconnect.net) and Sam.gov website (https://sam.gov/content/opportunities). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
