Description

Shed Installation and Supply Services agreement with an apprenticeship program register with the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Labor that is appropriate to the type and scope of work to be performed. The City Engineer, in consultation with the members of the Board of Contract and Supply, shall make the necessary determination as to the availability and type of apprenticeship programs appropriate to the scope of the work to be performed. The contract will commence upon execution and will terminate close of business December 31, 2023. The City will have the option to extend the contract for two (2) one (1) year periods. If this option is exercised, the first extension period will commence January 1, 2024, and terminate close of business December 31, 2024. The vendor will be notified in writing prior to December 31, 2023 of this extension. The second extension period shall commence January 1, 2025 and terminate December 31, 2025. The vendor will be notified in writing prior to December 31, 2024 of this extension.
