Description

The Contractor shall: (1) provide preventive and emergency maintenance/repairs to the fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems at the five LYNX facilities identified below; (2) inspect and maintain alarms systems and sprinklers systems; (3) inspect tamper switches, water flow switches and fire pump, quarterly; all other fire system devices, annually; and (4) certify all listed systems annually. Fire Sprinklerand Fire Alarm Systems inspection and testing service in accordance with NFPA 25 & NFPA 72 is required for all equipment listed in attached facilities list.
