| Description | The purpose of this project is for a licensed, bonded, and insured Roofing & Sheet Metal Contractor to perform and complete routine maintenance & repairs and emergency service on various buildings owned and/or leased by the County of Atlantic. The County is seeking a qualified on-call Contractor for roofing repairs and maintenance on an as needed basis for all Atlantic County building sites. The Contractor shall submit prices on bid proposal form for the Two year program of as-needed miscellaneous repair/replacement of roof membrane and sheet metal repair, flashings, and accessories at various Atlantic County buildings including but not limited to installation of new flashings on projections and roof terminations, repair of membrane blisters, buckles and splits, un-adhered edges or fish mouths, and repair of wall flashings, coping covers, and all other flashings in strict compliance with NRCA roof repair and maintenance guidelines. |
