The salvage metals to be serviced are generated by the following two distinct processes. 1) White Goods (household appliances) collected by the City of Roanoke's Solid Waste Management Division, and its agents, from eligible households and businesses within the City of Roanoke. 2) Scrap metals generated by normal City operations at its Public Works Service Center (PWSC) (i.e. old signs, vehicle parts, brackets, fittings, etc…) |
