| Description | Sealed proposals will be received by Henry Clay Township Supervisors, Second Class Township, Fayette County, PA, Bids will be received for the following: 1. 1,000 Gal. Regular Unleaded Gasoline 2. 5,000 Gal. Diesel Fuel 3. 3,000 Gal. Fuel oil for heating 4. 4,000 Tons Various size crushed aggregate 5. 2,500 Tons Anti-Skid with approved sample 6. 200 Tons Driving surface aggregate Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to Henry Clay Township. All amounts are approximate. Stone orders must be delivered within 48-hours. Escalator clause applies to items 1 and 2 only. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. |
