The Work includes 7,940 SY of 3” profile mill with 3” overlay, 12,377 SY of 3.5" travel lane mill and shoulder mill with 3.5? Pave, 79,598 SY of 2” edge mill and 2” overlay (1/2” PG 64-34), 1,363 SY of 2” profile mill and 2” overlay, 10 modified ADA ramps, 9 speed tables, 510 LF type B3 concrete curbing, 1585 sf of stamped concrete, 237 utilities brought to finished grade, 3 existing monuments brought to finished grade, 850 CY of granular borrow, 1933 LF OF 2’ curb and gutter, 244 SF of 4” concrete with 4” UTBC, 118 SF of 7” concrete with 4” UTBC, 2 dumpster enclosures, 2 drive approaches, 170 LF of cross gutter, 19 storm drain structures, 425 LF 12” SDR35 PVC, 220 LF of 3” PVC conduit for irrigation install 5 new streetlights, junction boxes, and 455 LF of power conduit. SITE OF WORK: The site of the WORK is located at 800 E (From 800 N to Center St.), Palisade Drive (From 800 N to Center St.), 2000 S (From Sandhill Dr. to 140 East), Main St. (From 400 S to 800 S), Orem Fitness Center south parking lot on 165 S 600 W, and City Center Park south parking lot on 300 E Center St.
