The property is improved with a 3 story, approximately 48,300 square feet, office building with rooftop penthouses and equipment. The building structure generally consists of steel columns, bar joists, and a metal deck and concrete floor system. The exterior generally consists of brick and stone veneer and aluminum frame windows. The west side includes some EFIS, an elevator tower, and a steel entry canopy. 830 West Peachtree Street Work includes two tracts of property; Tract 1 at .450 acres on which the building improvements are located, and Tract 2 at approximately .064 acres on which is located a surface parking lot. Tract 1 is improved with a 3-story office building with rooftop penthouses and equipment. The building has approximately 44,353 gross square feet of conditioned space and a two-level parking garage with approximately 12,689 gross square feet. The lower level of the parking garage is below grade. The building structure generally consists of steel columns, bar joists, and a metal deck and concrete floor system. The parking structure is precast concrete. The exterior generally consists of brick and stone veneer and aluminum frame windows.
