| Description | This project consists of, but is not limited to: 1. Demolition and removal off site of existing fire alarm system, after new system is fully operational and approved by AHJ. 2. New Work: Contractor shall provide, and properly install the following new Fire Alarm system equipment: a.) Annunciator Panels: Two (2), one with public address broadcast system including microphone. b.) Smoke and heat detectors. c.) Pull stations. d.) Horns / strobes with combination speakers. e) Sprinkler system valve tamper interconnects. f.) Sprinkler system flow interconnects. g.) Smoke evacuation system - interconnect. h.) Air handling units (5) shut including new duct smoke detectors. i.) Boiler room CO and LP gas detection. j.) Provide and install new electric power, as required. k.) All new device wiring. l.) Start up services. m.) Miscellaneous required items. |
