Design - Engineering / Architectural Firms to Assist the City With Remodeling Public Restrooms, Adding New Offices, a Workroom, and a West Exterior Wall to the Smithville City

The City of Smithville is requesting qualifications from Engineering / Architectural firms to assist the City with remodeling public restrooms, adding new offices, a workroom, and a west exterior wall to the Smithville City Hall building using American Rescue Plan funding. Please submit three (3) copies of your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for these proposed services to: Robert Tamble, 317 Main Street, Smithville, Texas 78957. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all management firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards.
