Description The Charleston District intends to award two (2) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for General Construction projects (new construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, or repair) located in two (2) distinct regional CONUS areas. Both MATOCs will be set-aside for small businesses only. One (1) MATOC is planned to be awarded for the East Region, and one (1) MATOC is planned to be awarded for the West Region. The regions will be separated by the Mississippi River. Only firm-fixed-price (FFP) task orders will be allowed under these two (2) MATOCs.
