| Description | Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in River Forest, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. 2022 Curb and Sidewalk Replacement Program (Various Locations) This project consists of the installation of approximately 5,250 square feet of PCC sidewalk, 175 linear feet of PCC curb/gutter, 100 square yards of driveway apron and other work incidental thereto. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the Proposals without the consent of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of River Forest for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of the bid opening.
