Description

The reconstruction of approximately 600’ of 2nd Avenue south of Elk Avenue. The project includes pulverizing and relaying the existing surface and installing fill to raise the present roadway, installing 2 HDPE culverts, supplying and installing 4” average 3” breaker rock and 5” average ¾” base gravel. Geo Fabric and medium riprap (6” – 10”) should also be installed. The side slopes should not be flatter than 3:1. A 2” HMA surface with 2’ shoulders should also be installed. Ultimately, the section of the road should be raised at least 24”
