| Description | The reconstruction of approximately 600’ of 2nd Avenue south of Elk Avenue. The project includes pulverizing and relaying the existing surface and installing fill to raise the present roadway, installing 2 HDPE culverts, supplying and installing 4” average 3” breaker rock and 5” average ¾” base gravel. Geo Fabric and medium riprap (6” – 10”) should also be installed. The side slopes should not be flatter than 3:1. A 2” HMA surface with 2’ shoulders should also be installed. Ultimately, the section of the road should be raised at least 24” |
