Completion Date: Aug. 18, 2023 Site Directions: 1900 W Zinda Dr. Stevens Point WI 54481 Pavement - Marking, Aggregate, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Concrete Walkway, Concrete Pavement, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, ADA Curb Ramps, Grade and Surface, Pavement Removal, Landscaping, Excavation, Stormwater Improvements, Landscaping - Seeding, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Parking Lots/Ramps, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Curbs, Paving (Parking Lot Paving) CONTRACT A - GENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Parking lot development project with work including, but not limited to, stripping and placing topsoil, common excavation, asphalt pavement, pavement striping, concrete flatwork, concrete curb and gutter, dense graded base, storm sewer, erosion control, seeding, and site restoration. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTORS bid All questions about the meaning or intent of the contract documents shall be submitted to LA/E in 12 writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by LA/E as 13 having received the bidding documents. Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the 14 date for opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written 15 Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal 16 effect
