Description

The project consists of site clearing and grubbing, minor demolition and salvage, and subgrade preparation for the contractor design-build of 3 new post-tension concrete slabs to accommodate 6 new pickleball courts (2 courts per slab) with surfacing, striping and fencing. Work is to take place at the Carmody Park in Lakewood. The project also includes, but is not limited to, minor drainage, electrical lighting, concrete pavement, modular block wall, 2 shelters with foundations, various site amenities, and irrigation and landscaping. An adjacent existing basketball court shall receive new surfacing, and the lighting component is requested as an add alternate.
