Poinciana High School Lighting Retrofit Project

Work to performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials (except those indicated as provided by Owner), equipment necessary to provide the lighting retrofit project. Additional information not included in the drawing provided by KPI Engineering pricing for these items shall be included in your base bid price: • Ceiling Tiles - Base Bid should include quantity of 2,000 Armstrong Fine Fissured square 2x4x 3/4inch lay-in ceiling tiles, item # 1714. Any remaining tiles will be returned to the Owner’s Project Representative for attic stock. • Emergency Lights – used to replace existing emergency lights in poor working order or condition. o Contractor to include all costs (fixture, material and labor to remove existing and install new) for replacement of fifty (50) type “EM” and twenty-five (25) type “EMW” fixtures. Any remaining lights will be returned to the Owner’s Project Representative for attic stock. • Exit Signs – used to replace existing exit signs in poor working order or condition. o Contractor to include all costs (fixture, material and labor to remove existing and install new) for replacement of forty (40) type “X” and twenty (20) type “XW” exit signs. Any remaining lights will be returned to the Owner’s Project Representative for attic stock. • Materials provided by the District - The District has all of the 2X4 LED panels necessary for this project, they will be on campus for the awarded Contractor.
