Building Remodeling

The Borough of Mount Carmel is seeking bids for Building Remodeling at the Mount Carmel Public Library structure located in Mount Carmel, PA 17851. Bids for General Construction, Electrical Construction, and Mechanical Construction are specified. Bids will be tabulated, reviewed, and considered for award at the next scheduled meeting in October. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of not less that ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Mount Carmel. Each bid shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) days. The Borough of Mount Carmel reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Work under this project is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended.
