Description

AHQ Shop HVAC and Lighting Replacement, 12644 Riverside Drive, Oakwood, VA 24631. The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of the HVAC system and interior lighting of the Oakwood AHQ Shop. Building is comprised of approx. 3,895 SF single story office/shop area and approx. 905 SF second floor mezzanine. Work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications includes, but is not limited to asbestos abatement, selective demolition, concrete pads & bollards, gas fired unit heaters, variable refrigerant flow HVAC systems, gas piping, electrical and interior lighting.
