Contract for Replacement of Eight (8) Bridges Districts 02 and 03

Consultants who are a Louisiana or foreign LLC or corporation should be appropriately registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, as contemplated by Title 12 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes, and with the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying (LAPELS) Board under its rules for firms. If a consultant is not in good standing in accordance with those provisions, it may be subject to consequences contemplated in Title 12 and/or the LAPELS rules. All requirements of LAPELS must be met at the time the proposal is submitted. Prime consultants must be registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State and the Federal Government, using SAM.gov, prior to contract execution.
