Description

A. The Scope of Work of the Contract consists of replacement of all asphalt shingles and EPDM rubber roof materials, soffits and fascia on a 4,655-sf structure as follows: 1. Removal of all existing asphalt and EPDM rubber roof materials on a three-story occupied building and the installation of new 47+/- squares of new 5O year asphalt roofing shingle system complete, EPDM rubber roof, soffits and fascia. Reflash skylites and chimney, apply ice & water shield 2. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. 4. EPDM Rubber Roof - Flat Roof Section Remove and Disposal of any old existing roofing components. Install insulation board Install insulation fasteners and plates. Contract Number: PelRf6.26.23 Asphalt and EPDM Roof Replacement; replace flashing, gutters, downspouts, soffit and fascia boards and associated work. Replacement of asphalt roof at 45 Pelham Street, Newton, MA including soffits, gutters and downspouts. Roof contains several elevations including a rubber roof. Re-flash existing 4 skylites 45 Pelham Street roof replacement. Roof replacement includes soffits, rubber roof, and flashing existing 4 skylites.
