Renovation of an Existing Metal Building to House the Malvern Police Department

The extent of work will include the light demolition of light fixtures, ceiling grid, a new entry into the building, floor tile, metal roof and interior concrete to run new plumbing lines. The construction consists of a new entry and covered walkway on the exterior. New exterior finishes will be added to the existing structure consisting of cultured stone and EIFS. The existing roof will be replaced with a standing seam metal roof. New interior wall construction and finishes will be constructed.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
