Description Route 11 improvements generally consist of the construction of sidewalk along the east side of the road, improved pedestrian crossings, shared use path along a portion of the Route 11 Right-of-Way and supplementary improvements supporting these items including the extension of an existing culvert and stream stabilization downstream of the project outfall. The project limits along Route 11 are approximately 2,985 linear feet within existing variable right-of-way
