Requests bids for Soccer Field Replacement Project @ Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, MA. Project is the Replacement of the existing soccer field turf system. Renovations include removing the existing synthetic turf and replacing it with a new synthetic turf surface. Alternates will include a softball field layout and softball dugouts, and removal of existing tennis courts and existing scoreboard. The estimated construction cost is $1,300,000. Bidders shall promptly notify the MSCBA in writing of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error that they may discover upon examination of the Bid Documents, the site, and local conditions.
