Description

Original Set Aside: 8(a) Sole Source (FAR 19.8) This project consists of repair, renovations and improvements including demolition, concrete repair, fence, gate, electrical and plumbing work at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District Warehouse boat slip. The boat slip is approximately 40 years old and was initially constructed by the Port of Jacksonville, with ownership transferred to USACE. The project site is located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District Warehouse, 3077 Talleyrand Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida. The boat slip is located on the St. Johns River. To the south of the boat slip is a Jacksonville Port Authority Facility. To the north of the boat slip is the Center Point Terminal Company. Both neighboring properties have container vessels and oil tankers moored at their facilities frequently. Coordinate construction activities with the Jacksonville Port Authority and Center Point Terminal Company
