The work to be performed consists of, Remove existing east and west mechanical area roofing. Repair plywood, construct/install new PVC roofing system. Remove and replace 8 (eight) coolers and related piping. Install new sheet metal curb covers and miscellaneous sheet metal. Parapet plywood repair and miscellaneous painting.
