The work includes the abatement of existing sealants, window and louver replacements, brick replacement, stabilizing and repointing of existing brick, installation of new and rehabilitation of existing expansion joints, concrete repairs, installation of new composite metal panels, and roofing, flashing, and ancillary work State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project. |
