| Description | Weld Re-4 School District is requesting statements of qualifications from Design / Build (D/B) Contractors to assist the District in the design and construction for a kitchen floor replacement and a commercial refrigerator installation at Nutrition Facilities. The community passed a $294 million bond question on the November 2022 ballot to fund capital projects throughout the District. These projects are part of this Bond initiative. Replacement of kitchen floor and repair of drain lines at Tozer Elementary School. Coordination and installation of owner provided walk-in freezer at the District food services facility.
