| Description | The contractor shall demolish and dispose of the current low water crossing located on Upsala Road. The contractor shall reconstruct the low water crossing using reinforced concrete paving, install guard rails, signs, and maintenance road into the arroyo in accordance with the attached contract documents. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all the tools, materials, equipment, qualified labor, and supervision needed to complete the project in its entirety as part of this lump sum project. The contractor shall make themselves familiar with the project plans, specifications, and existing conditions prior to bidding this project. |
