Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972 and Governor's Executive Order 84- 9 shall be required. Please be aware that if you are downloading this document to bid this project, addendums to the scope may be issued prior to the bid date. The Board of Warren County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, to reject all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
