| Description | This project is a study to review the condition and integrity of the storm water infrastructure, analyze and assess funding levels needed for maintenance and operation of pipes, structures, BMPs, testing, inspections, etc., recommend funding levels for capital improvements, study historic spending and costs to complete maintenance backlogs, analyze codes, ordinances, and organizational charts, and review and make recommendations on prioritization plans. This study shall serve as the first phase for a storm water utility feasibility report should a dedicated funding source for storm water maintenance be considered in the future by mayor and council. |
