1. Contractor to perform and provide Heat Load Calcs to verify tonnages 2. Contractor to verify all tonnages of existing systems 3. Contractor to remove old equipment and dispose of by code 4. Highest Priority will be the comfort of the individual sleeping quarters of the houses 5. New equipment is to be 14 SEER or higher and labeled matching AH and Condensers 6. Straight Electric Heat 7. Heat Pump to be offered as an upgrade a.All new Systems should be quoted as ALL Straight Cool OR Heat Pump b.House D Chapter Room, House G House Mom/Lobby/Bedrooms, and House F Front Bedrooms all (3) have been replaced within the last year and will not require a new unit install but will require all other items included in the scope of work where applicable. Amount could change if additional unit failures occur before project begins. 8. New Programmable Tstats 9. New Tstat wiring ran for each unit 10. Set Max Heat to 78* 11. Set Max Cool to 65* a. New P-Traps and drain line as much as possible and identify/locate main drain line tie-ins within bed/bath rooms 13 PVC drain line should be ran as such: (Male adapter -- Union -- Ball valve -- Vent -- P-trap -- Vent -- Ball valve 14. Nitrogen flush remaining drain line 15. New drain line float switches and Drain pan float switches
