Description

2021 Surface Repair at Lockwood & Pullen Park Playground Includes: Provide all materials and labor to recap the existing surfacing with new ½” PIP Layer (50%Black/50%Standard Color). Fill in with PIP any holes in the original surfacing and any separation from existing borders. Provide fencing material to secure the job site while work is in progress and during the PIP drying period. Poured in Place Surface Recap (PIP)-approximately 4,424 sq. ft. The City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is requesting Poured-inPlacement (PIP) materials and labor for recap and repair services at the Lockwood and Pullen Park. Playgrounds. Provide all materials and labor to recap the existing surfacing with new ½” PIP Layer (50%Black/50%Standard Color). Fill in with PIP any holes in the original surfacing and any separation from existing borders. Provide fencing material to secure the job site while work is in progress and during the PIP drying period. PIP Surfacing must meet all Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements. The contractor will provide a clean and safe work site, dispose of all work-related debris and leave the playground in a condition ready for use.
