Description

Schedule 1 Pap, LLC $61910 schedule 2 Proline West Inc. $63308 The City of Durango invites interested, qualified persons or firms, capable of providing the required service to submit bids to furnish and apply crack fill and asphalt rejuvenator to the Airport's Main and CC Parking Lots. Quantities shown are estimates only. This project will also include a full restripe of the parking lot per existing. All project areas are located within the boundaries of the Durango La-Plata County Airport property. This project will be funded through the City; no State or Federal grant funds are anticipated for the project General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % A. The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes. B. The Selected firm must have or obtain a current City of Durango Business License upon award of this project. C. The Selected Firm must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) upon award of the project. D. The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed, in the opinion of the City, to be in the best interest of the City. Question Acceptance Deadline 07/19/2022 05:00 PM EDT- All questions must be submitted via Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website Questions are submitted online Yes Scope of Work consists of: o The Contractor shall thoroughly clean and sweep all areas prior to start of work o Machine route all cracks 1/4 inch or greater in drives or parking areas, and clean with high pressure air. o Fill all cracks with crack fill material to meet or exceed ASTM 6690 (AASHTO M324) Type II, joint and crack sealants, hot applied, for concrete and asphalt. o Use an asphalt pavement rejuvenator to coat entire lot with one layer of seal coat. RS-90 asphalt rejuvenator or approved equal will be required. Application rate and cure times should follow manufacturer's recommendations. o A calibrated oil distributor is required in order to meet manufactures specified rate. o Restripe per existing. Striping to be done with waterborne paint approved by the manufacturer for use in parking lot striping, federal spec. TTP 1952B or above. No reduction allowed. No striping is to be done until seal coat has cured for a minimum of 24 hours. Application thickness will be 15 mill.
