| Description | Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, disposal and supervision for hard surface and carpet deep cleaning services at St. Johns County’s Courthouse and Courthouse East, Administration Building, Permit Building, Service Center, Health and Human Services Building and the Julington Creek Annex. It will be the responsibility of the cleaning contractor awarded the contract to clean the facilities floors to a satisfactory level of cleanliness and appearance, providing all commercial grade cleaning equipment, cleaning chemicals (in properly labeled containers) and all labor necessary. |
