| Description | Elevator Contractor shall be completely responsible to provide elevator preventive maintenance, repair and callback services on all elevator equipment including, but not limited to, inspection, lubrication, repair and testing of the Equipment, including development of a Complete Preventive Maintenance Program to maintain the Elevators in "first class" condition and in operational condition as designed by the manufacturers of each component. The Equipment shall be properly maintained within the environment in which it is so located. This will be a one (1) year contract with two (2) optional one year extensions. |
