Arlington Heights Doorway Brick Replacement

Provide professional site improvements to provide services in connection with site work for the repair/replacement of missing and damaged brick at the exterior door openings at the Arlington Heights Community. The repair work is at the following buildings and units: Building 25: units 3006, 3010, 3014, 3018 Building 26: units 3026, 3032, 3038 Building 27: units 3047, 3053, 3059 Building 28: units 3117, 3123, Maintenance 2 (Interior Tile Block) Building 30 units 3154. Replace any missing, chipped, cracked or spalled bricks and re-point all brick in-fills to match existing mortar. Provide brick type - color, texture, and size to match existing. Once selected, perform small repair in Owner-selected area in place of mockup so owner can verify new materials match existing. The selected contractor will provide all permits, equipment, labor and materials to complete the work. Remove and replace any existing bricks necessary to complete the work or neighboring bricks damaged during normal work operations.
