B1022 Repair Roof, NBD, WCSU

The work includes repairing existing roof, replacing gutter, windows, and personal door. Install new roof, gutter, windows, and personal door. All work shall be done in compliance with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) & UNIFIED FACILITIES GUIDE SPECIFICATIONS (UFGS). UFC 3-110-03 Roofing, UFGS 08-34-63 HOLLOW METAL FRAMES, DOORS, AND DOOR FRAMES, UFGS 07-60-00 THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION, UFGS 04-23-00 GLASS UNIT MASONRY, UFGS 07-13-53 ELASTOMERIC SHEET WATERPROOFING, UFGS 08-71-00 DOOR HARDWARE. Remove fascia, fascia board, gutter, downspout, windows, personal door, personal door frame, clean and pressure wash rooftop. After removal of existing material surfaces shall be prepped for new material. 1.3.2 Install new 2”x8” ground contact rated pressure treated fascia board on the entire building. The fascia board shall be wrapped with smooth, white, 24 mil aluminum fascia. Install new fascia like in kind to EverGuard Snap-On Fascia, on the East, South and West side of the building. Install a new white aluminum 6” gutter on the North side, the gutter shall be a minimum of 20 gauge .032” thick, internal hanger supports 18-20 inches apart, new white aluminum downspout minimum of 3”x4”, shall be a minimum of 27 gauge .019” thick, downspout shall have a minimum of three straps and a new gutter leaf guard installed on gutter. Fascia, fascia board, gutter be installed per the manufactures specifications.
