New Horizons Affordable Housing & Development (New Horizons), a nonprofit affiliate to the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz is soliciting for General Contracting Services for the construction of Natural Bridges Apartments, a 20-unit, 3-story affordable housing property located in westside Santa Cruz at 415 Natural Bridges. Questions concerning this RFQ may be sent by email to housing@hacosantacruz.org no later than Friday, September 15, 2022, by 10:00AM. Please indicate "GC RFQ Question" in the Subject Line of your email. New Horizons will post responses to questions on this webpage for review by all prospective General Contractors.
