Plain City Sewer Headworks Project

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work generally consists of the following: Constructing a 26' x 26' steel building, installing a sanitary sewer cylindrical bar screen and screenings auger, rehabilitating an existing sewer lift station, constructing a new inlet diversion structure, removing and replacing an existing standby generator and building, constructing a new culinary water line and all other related appurtenances as indicated on the Project Drawings. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at the Plain City Sewer Treatment Facility at 2900 North 5100 West in Plain City, Utah. If the proposal is submitted electronically, the contractor must confirm the receipt of the proposal. Proposal lacking the required information may not be considered. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this project prior to the preparation and evaluation of the proposals, shall be directed to the City Engineer, Brad Jensen, Wasatch Civil Consulting Engineering, at 801-628-9574. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Plain City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the City. Award of the contract will be at the City's discretion based on their evaluation of the proposal best determined to suit their needs.
