Description | This project includes the construction of improvements to Fleet Services Oil Service Pit and abandonment and installation of new sanitary sewer mains serving Fleet Services and the wash rack. The Fleet Services Building is located at 300 William King Cole Drive, College Station, Texas. This project shall require expertise in the following construct ion areas: 1. Installation of approx. 600 linear feet of open trenching to install a new sanitary sewer line. 2. Abandonment of existing sanitary sewer line. 3. Installation of a mechanical pit c over for the oil service pit including associated electrical and controls. 3. Relocation/reinstallation of various electrcial components and lighting. 4. Installation of a new sump pump including associated electrical and controls. 5. Installation of water proofing for the oil service pit. 6. Installation of a new oil/water seperator including associated electrical and controls. 7. Other associated work indicated in the Contract Documents. 8. Contractor shall coordinate all work, inspections, and approvals with the City of College Station. 9. Performing work in coordination and without interupting facility and site operations. 10. Project shall comply with the United States Occupational Safety & Health Administration regulations. 11. Methods & Means of construction shall be compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. This includes obtaining all necessary permits and inspections. 12. Contractor to adhere to City of College Station construction administration procedures including, but not limited to, all plans and specifications. |
