| Description | **As of April 24, 2023, project was awarded to APAC-Kansas, Inc., Shears Division, awarded amount is $1,047,043.93.** Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check, or an approved bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Any bid bond must be with a surety and guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Kansas and acceptable to the City as Surety.
