Lift Station Control Building Evaluation

Qualified engineering firms to enter into a contract to evaluate architectural, structural, mechanical, heating ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, building plumbing, and utility service components at three Lift Station Control Buildings located within the City of Saint Paul. Pumping facilities and control panels are excluded from the analysis.
