Description

This public improvement consists of the construction of the grading for: 1. Three new campsites & user pads with compacted rock surfaces. 2. Site grading for all three sites including both cut & filling. 3. Site grading & construction of two 5 car parking lots with sidewalks & grading fro a 2000 to 3000 sq ft playground. 4. Installation of 4" perforated drain tile for drainage on one of the 3 sites. 5. Installation of a dumpster storage pad w/ associated driveway will include fill work on site. 6. All electrical by others.
