Pest Control 2021

Scope: Contractor shall supply technicians trained to perform pest control maintenance, after all apartments have had an initial treatment. The contractor will also provide all required pesticides, equipment and other personnel if the technician is not capable of providing services alone. The exterminator (technician) is required to treat and control the pest as described below; Indoor populations of rodents, insects, cockroaches, bed bugs, arachnids & other arthropods. Out door populations of potentially indoor –infesting species that are within the property boundaries of the specified buildings. Nest of stinging insects within the properties boundaries of the specified buildings. Individuals of all excluded pest populations tat are incidental invaders inside the specified buildings. Birds, bats, snakes, and all other vertebrates including commercial rodents. Pest that feed on outdoor vegetation.
