Description | Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City. The City of Cheyenne Street & Alley is seeking bids for a Company to replace the fabric on two (2) tent buildings at the Street & Alley Facility, located at 110 Cleveland Pl, Cheyenne Wyoming. Contractor shall: A. Replace the fabric of a 120'x80' Ice Slicer building (42'3" Tall) a. Remove old fabric b. Dispose of old fabric c. Securely attach new fabric B. Replace the fabric of an 80'x60' Cold Storage building (33'10" Tall) a. Remove old fabric b. Dispose of old fabric c. Securely attach new fabric Work on-site shall be continuous until complete, once started. The City estimates that Notice to Proceed will be issued on or around December 1, 2023. A project completion date will be established, based on the Contractor's estimated Completion Time Frame, as submitted it Item 5 of the Vendor Questionnaire. ll questions, bid exceptions, or requests for clarification shall be submitted in the following format: Page Number, Section, Line Item Number, (Exception / Question / Deviation). Questions shall be submitted via the 'Questions and Answers' section of the Bid Posting. E-mailed questions will not be accepted.
