Northridge Water Tank Project

The base bid for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following general construction: Complete cleaning and repainting of the interior wet surfaces, the spot cleaning and spot coating of the interior dry surfaces, and the spot cleaning and top coating of the exterior surfaces with containment. Additional Work items include: repair of exterior pedestal concrete surfaces, hole in weld of roof vent curb, and access tube manhole cover hinge; installation of new roof safety railing, existing roof safety railing toe bars and self-closing gate, condensate ceiling safety railing self-closing gate, and roof vent shields; modification of existing flanged and bolted roof manhole; replacement of overflow pipe flap gate, interior container ladder safe-climbing device, and roof vent screens; relocation of conduits and cables along the ladders; including other miscellaneous repairs and incidental items such as coordination with the owner, first anniversary evaluation, disposal of debris, site restoration, etc.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
